Winter's magic

Finally.

We got some white stuff that actually accumulated. It made me happy.  I must say, I really do love the quite hush of a heavy snow fall...and how everything is enrobed in white. *sigh*  The city seems to be a part of nature...and it's just lovely.

My dogs and kids had a blast playing and it made my heart happy.  Really, it's the simple things.

Oh and do pardon the changes going on here...I am going through my annual, "I need to change up my blog and simplify" thing.  So yeah...there might be a different header every other day...LOL.  Although I do kind of like this.  Again...it's clean and simple.

I think I am getting into the spring cleaning mode. In real life and on-line.  Cleaning out closets and junk mail.  It feels good to let go of the excess weight.

OK...off to shovel some snow this morning...and perhaps wash some windows.  *smiles*

Have a beautiful day!

xoxo

I've been feeling the same urge to clean & organize, declutter and downsize. The snow shovelling I've had enough of, thank you!

All beautiful images. I absolutely adore (!) the photo of your dog. Stunning.

Blessings,
Carolynn

You got our snow ~ I was actually hoping for some. And all we got was rain and horrible wind. Your photos are gorgeous.

Kelly...yes, my white balance is set to auto! I only use a gray card on my commercial shoots. I am just lazy that way...LOL!

So glad you are enjoying the snow, Caroline, and your photographs of it sure are beautiful. I saw the photo of your dog on FB (I think), and absolutely fell in love.

Happy day to you!

I have snow envy.

Not one flake fell to the ground here this year.
Not one.

I'm already making wishes for next year.
