This and that...

Make your own croutons!  Take old bread (not moldy...lol) cube it, toss it with EVOO, sea salt and some spices.  Put in the oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes!  Easy peasy and delicious!

So I am trying to get a healthy start to the new year...  Eating lots of colorful foods, making salads and all that crap.  Fun.  Actually I think it's more fun to take photos of my food than to eat it!!!  Is that weird?  Yeah...thought so... :)

Anyway...how are you???

I am sorry for my absence lately.  It's been very busy in my little neck of the woods.  I am working on something...and if it comes to fruition...holy shit...it's gonna be HUGE.  I wish I could give you more details but I can't at the moment.  I can give you one clue...it does involve food.  Now I can't say anymore...nope...lips sealed.  I am a bit superstitious that way.

So what else?  Hmmmm...I am so inspired by the color gray lately.  Seriously.  I know, that's weird too.  But I love the color gray.  There is something so tranquil about it.  Now I don't want gray 24/7...but every now ant then, a little gray brings me needed "quiet."   I love this photo I took below...it just makes me feel peaceful.

Oh and my friend posted this chart on facebook...LOL!!!  Don't take offense...it's good fun.  So, what religion are you???  I always knew I was Buddhist!

Funny chart. I like rich grays if that makes sense.

Why is it the Christian conclusion is the only one with negative adjectives attached to it? I'm not offended, just an observation, we Christians are used to it.

Miss your presence around blog-land. I hope whatever this BIG food news is comes together so we can share in your excitement!

Healthy is also on my plans this year and as usual try to exercise more and drink less wine. Not sure if the last one is possible, but...
