First...want a great and EASY treat for the 4th?
Get some fresh berries and make some homemade whipped cream.
For this I used:
1 pint heavy whipping cream
Couple of heaping tablespoons powdered sugar
couple of drops of pure lemon extract
blend until creamy and serve with fresh fruit
YUMMY

I'd blog the way I did after I broke my finger - one handed! But fireworks are illegal in my jurisdiction.
For the whipped cream, try using vanilla sugar and some rosemary flowers if you can find a rosemary plants that is blooming. Dee-lish.
