Ohhhh...today is a very special day. That beautiful Christina of Soul Aperture is celebrating a birthday. YAY!! And I love a celebration don't you? So in honor of Christina, I will take some time to celebrate the simple things. Be sure to stop over to wish her a very happy birthday...
Here is what I a loving these days:

- bubbles
- long dinners with friends
- sleep overs and the sounds of giggling
- sleeping in!
- the cool night breeze
- a smile from a stranger
- salty tortilla chips dipped in smokey chipotle salsa
- a whimsical summer book
- longer days
- lighter moods
- fluffy clouds
- crisp sweet cherries

thank god for the used book store and goodwill, where they all cost me a dollar.....

and that photo of mine.....two weekends ago we were at the cottage and since part of our land is in a valley, the early morning haze and dew is just delicious.....and well, this is what i got !!...and a few mosquito bites too, but so worth it !
