Meet my baby... Yes, he has a bed with pillows! He follows me where ever I go. I spoil him rotten. But he loves me so... Every day he greets me with socks...as many as he can find and put in his mouth. It melts my heart. There is nothing like a dog greeting you with a mouth full of socks to put a big smile on your face. Not to mention, dogs never give you attitude, talk back, argue, or yell. They just love you...for who you are. Unconditionally. No questions asked!
I truly believe that dogs are soul mates sent down from heaven.

Oh he's great, a really loving watchdog. I love dogs too. My two dogs died while I was seriously poorly and I am grateful they were there for me. I agree with you and Jan they are soul mates; and, I feel animals have this wonderful talent for being there at the right time to comfort or give us strength of spirit.

Very intelligent eyes. He was probably Albert Einstein in a previous life. That might explain his sock fetish too. Apparently Einstein often forgot to put his on or wore mismatched ones.
Yes! They are indeed soul mates, so much love, so much happiness they bring into our lives... when my baby snuggles into my lap, or just looks at me with those beautiful eyes, I can feel the tension and stress floating away.

He is a real beauty. Our boxer does that with sock. He drags all the socks he can find into the living room. One of the cats has taken on his little habit too, so we always have socks on our floor. Sigh.
I spoil my two dogs too.
Oh he's a sweetie. So in your house - socks never go missing! Samson finds them all for you. Just this morning on the radio there was a programe about how dogs (and other animals) have feelings and morals. Something all pet owners know, but now it's been proven scientifically. There is a book out called 'Wild Justice: The Moral Lives of Animals' by Marc Bekoff.

Samson is beautiful. Reminds me of my uncle's dog, Thor who I loved as a little girl. He loved me back and was my guardian watch dog.
