Clarity

nature's necklace

Don't you love a bit of clarity?  I absolutely need it at times and when it comes, man it's so refreshing.  I think this past week of cleaning and exercising has really helped me to find more clarity.  And this is so good.

Last night a thick fog rolled in and covered everything with a spooky haze (see a great photo of it here). The fog still hung on this morning...softly caressing the leaves and spider webs.  The fog this morning was anything but spooky...it seemed to reveal a mystical world.  The fog didn't last long...soon the sun burned it off...and brought about a sense of clarity.  Like a curtain lifting.

I felt very clear and productive today.  I am listening.  I am following my heart.  And I feel really happy.

Then I came across this quote and everything just "clicked."

Hope you have a wonderful weekend filled with clarity and peace

Ohh I've got a picture just like this. Only in my sad days of life it showed itself to me and I called it string of tears. Love this one too.

And the black and white is stunning.
Happy weekend.

I LOVE that quote! Lovely post...I could feel the mystical mood of the fog.

I too have felt like a change is in the air lately right down to my blog. I'm listening to the whispers ~ :)

Amazing photo! Did you use the lens that I have yet to purchase?

I love your post today!

I just recently started following your blog. I'm not a photographer, but anyway...

Your photograph is amazing. A beautiful gift, and you captured it perfectly.

I'm on a similar path - following my heart. After losing what I thought was so very important, I've discovered there is so much more.

This is a spectacular photo. Your writing goes wonderfully, too.

The ending quote is good, too.

"Going to bed with a dream and waking up with a purpose".....I am going to remember this and put it into practise....the perfect day and the perfect quote!

I wish clarity stayed around longer. Some days I have it in spades, other days I stumble around in the dark.

But visiting your blog Caroline I always come away that little bit wiser and happier.

Bless you my creative friend with a very big heart.

Next weekend is cleaning for me, too. Actually, I can't wait. I have a love-hate relationship with it. And I plan on exercising every day with walks. Maybe I'll even go further if I'm feeling up to it.
Caroline, this photo is a string of pearls and I adore it!

really stunning macro - beautiful focus and DOF

Cleaning and exercising always makes me feel stronger and clear-headed as well. Love that quote and the photograph even more so. Wonderful shot. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. :)

Your photo is like an exquisite string of jewels strung to hang around the neck of a goddess. Just beautiful!

What a lush and gorgeous photo! Great for the topic, too. Cleaning, purging, releasing those things that no longer serve us really gets the cobwebs out, doesn't it? My morning walks give me time to clear my head, open my he art and listen to the world. (No headphones; I prefer to be fully present to the world on my walks.) I've spent the last couple of weeks cleaning my garden courtyard, trimming, cleaning, sweeping. So refreshing to be in the space now.

This is the most beautiful strand of jewels I have every seen! Perfect for such a soulful post.

:-)

love,
me
