After 3 days in the mountains, I am having a hard time adjusting to the fast pace of reality. Oh how it did a body good to chill out, hike, go fishing, and compete in the stein carrying contest at Oktoberfest (oh that's a post for another day...lol)! Here are a few photos of the autumn beauty that surrounded me. I have a ton of photos to go through and play with...if only I had more hours in the day. But this is a start...
Anyway...off to do some laundry...good times! Hope to catch up with you all...missed you :)

these photos are beautiful, and make me want to roll around in some fall leaves. if only we had some! it is about a 100 degrees here today (AGAIN!) with no real sense of fall in site! oh well, it will get here someday. :)

the yellow autumn leaves make me smile. It truly is a beautiful season.
Still so green here - I find myself feeling exactly the way I felt last year. Jealous of all these gorgeous images, but also holding onto the summer tightly, sad to let it go. Pictures like these lovely things help me look forward to the change.

that is gorgeous. i am waiting for fall .. but the leaves are slow to turn this year. i have a sneaking suspicion that they are waiting until i leave them for vacation.
