Mosaic Monday - Things I love right now

Well...I am going to carry this summer mood with me as long as I can! I have discovered starburst squash which is so delicious grilled with a touch of olive oil and sea salt. It goes very well with a nice dry rose. Oh yes, summer means putting my feet up and relaxing with a good magazine...and pretty pink flowers.

What are you enjoying right now?

Happy Monday!

LOvely mosaic of lifes pleasures. Have a nice day

sunburst squash ?
I need to go and find some of that now !

and your polished toes remind me that a pedicure for me is needed today above anything else !

Pretty Mosaic....I am stretching out summer as long as I possibly can too!
Happy Mosaic Monday!

Your mosaic is so delicate and pretty. I love squash! Not familiar with sunburst squash, but I see those shape together with the yellow squash in the market. Love the colors of your nail polish!
P.S. You will enjoy the Getty! Just make sure you get reservation tickets so you could pick your own day.

Beautiful mosaic, so refreshing. Right now I'm staying inside enjoying the cool of central air as it is so hot and muggy outside.

Oh Caroline I love your favorite summer things too.
Thanks for sharing and coming by to visit me too.
Enjoy the week...keep your feet up if you can!
Blessings,
Sherry

Gorgeous post! Fantastic feet.Love the squash and could do with some of that wine. Sharon

I never had starburst squash. It looks good. Love your mosaic. Very relaxing.

I love the theme of your mosaic. Summer pleasures beg to be lived in the moment. I stopped by your zen section. I strive for that zen feeling but my mind is more helter skelter than zen. Still, something to go for. Anyway, enjoy your magazine and rose.

That looks wonderful! I have never heard of that squash, but I will certainly be on the look out for it now.

Really great mosaic - makes me want to go paint my toenails now ;)

oooh the squash sounds yummy! I love grilled veggies on the BBQ
You have nice feet too and this is from someone who hates feet. I could never post a pic of my feet. I have issues

Sounds so divine! I am currently enjoying my daughter and nephew before school begins for them. :)

Well now I didn't think there was a squash that I haven't yet tried -- but I've never tried sunburst squash. I hope I can find it -- it looks delish. We are grilling nearly all our vegetables this summer -- what the grill does to summer squash is fabulous!

PS Nice pedicure, too!

Great summer photos!! I need to figure out the grill. I have left it to my hubby. Not good!

beautiful - even the toes. I'm loving fresh corn tonight along with fresh cabbage.

You're doing a great job of hanging on to summer.... Your mosaic is so pretty and really conveys that summertime feeling!

Thanks for stopping by to see my aquarium mosaic. It was hard to get good shots there.... No flash was tricky, and in the places where I could use flash, it would be too bright or reflect off the tanks!

I'm usually not a feet person, but those tootsies of yours are just too cool!

And darn you for having such a beautiful blog. I am going to have to add you to my ever-increasing blogroll. I cannot stand it! Such a beautiful place here!

Love the red toenails. I've never had starburst squash, I'm going to have to check that out!

Beautiful mosaic. Thank you for dropping by at my blog.
Happy Blue Monday

Oh you have captured the spirit of summer here! Ummmm

Wonderful photos and a beautiful mosaic!

Perfect for summer. Squash is always a fall treat here but I imagine it's rather good in August hot off the grill, too. I'm loving anything with fresh basil right now at the end of the summer and a glass of champagne at night on the porch swing.
p.s. thank you for stopping by my blog today. :)

Great mosaic! Such pretty feet!

Oh, I'm loving fresh corn and grass that is still green (usually it's all dried up by August in NJ). I'm so late getting to visit all the great mosaics this week, but thank you, Caroline, for your lovely contribution to Mosaic Monday. :)
